Our Essential Beliefs
We believe in one God who exists eternally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
The Bible is the Word of God and is our final authority in doctrine and practice.
All people are created in the image of God and, therefore, have intrinsic worth.
Humanity, as whole, has chosen to reject God and must be saved.
Jesus Christ is the Savior of all people through his life, death for our sins, and resurrection.
Any individual who places their faith in Jesus Christ will be saved apart from any righteousness of their own.
The universal Church consists of all people who believe in Jesus Christ, and their mission, as the body of Christ, is to tell the good news about Jesus by their words and by their acts of love to all people.
Christ commanded us to baptize in water all those who believe in him. He instituted the Lord’s Supper to be practiced by the church in remembrance of his death.
Christ's Second Coming
Christ will come again physically to establish his kingdom on earth, and this will be accompanied by the resurrection of the dead and judgment of all people.
